What every job includes

The same standard on every roof, from a single battery to a farm shed. Written down, so you can hold us to it.

  1. The survey

    Before we quote
    • We come to the house: roof, fuse board, meter and attic, and we look at your electricity bills.
    • We tell you plainly if solar isn’t worth it on your roof, or if a ground-mount or a second roof face would do better.
    • No hard sell. You get time to think.
  2. The design and price

    In writing
    • A system sized to your roof and your bills, not a standard package.
    • A fixed written price. What we quote after the survey is what you pay.
    • The SEAI grant worked out on the quote, and a Letter of Offer in place before any work starts.
  3. The install

    Usually 1 to 2 days
    • Our own roofers fit the mounting and panels; RECI registered electricians fit the inverter, battery and isolators.
    • Every system is tested, labelled and commissioned before we leave.
    • A short, planned power-off. We tell you when.
  4. The handover

    Before we close the job
    • The monitoring app set up on your phone with you.
    • The isolators shown to you, and what to do if something looks wrong.
    • ESB Networks notified for you (NC6, or NC7 for larger systems), with the certification, post-works BER and grant paperwork done with you.
  5. The aftercare

    After switch-on
    • One named contact from survey to switch-on, and a local number that answers.
    • A fault form that goes straight to the installer, usually answered within one working day.
    • Manufacturer warranties explained: 10 years on Sigenergy SigenStor, Solis S6 inverters and Dyness batteries.
    • Our own 5-year workmanship warranty on the install.

Our workmanship is guaranteed for 5 years. Equipment warranties are the manufacturers’, subject to their terms; your proposal lists the exact kit and warranties for your system. Aftercare and warranties
