Report a fault
Tell us what you’re seeing and we’ll get your installer to look at it. A photo of the inverter screen or any error code helps.

Manufacturer warranties are subject to their terms. Your proposal lists the exact kit and warranties for your system.
Your monitoring app
Sigenergy systems use the mySigen app; Solis systems use SolisCloud. We set the app up with you on install day. Check it now and then. Panels need a clean every few years, more often near the sea or a busy road.
Coming soon: a yearly service plan with a system check and panel clean. Ask us to put your name down.
Five numbers on your inverter label
There’s a sticker on the side of your inverter covered in numbers. These are the five that matter.
Not sure what yours says? Email a photo of the label to info@clearskyenergy.ie.
Max DC input voltage
The highest voltage the panels may feed in. Panels give more voltage in the cold, so a good design leaves headroom for a frosty February morning.
Number of MPPT trackers
How many separate strings of panels the inverter can manage independently. Two trackers let an east and a west roof work at their best.
Rated AC output
What the inverter can deliver to your home, in watts. This, not the panel total, is what ESB Networks is notified about.
Protection degree
The IP rating. IP65 or IP66 means dust-tight and protected against jets of water, so it can live outdoors.
Serial number
What the manufacturer needs for a warranty claim. Take a photo of the label and keep it.
